1. I DIDN'T RECEIVE AN ORDER CONFIRMATION. WHAT SHOULD I DO?

2. I JUST PLACED AN ORDER. CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF IT ONLINE?
You can track your order status via email notification as well as Arrive notifications. If you are not receiving updates, please send an email to us at email@example.com
3. WHAT IF AN ITEM IS UNAVAILABLE?
In the unfortunate case that an item you ordered is unavailable, you will be notified via email. Any changes will be removed from your order total and will be reflected on your shipping invoice.
4. HOW DO I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Should you need to change or cancel your order you must notify us via email within 24 hours of submission. Please email us promptly at firstname.lastname@example.org for assistance.
5. MY ORDER STATUS IS IN PROGRESS. WHAT DOES THAT MEAN?
Your order is in the process of being fulfilled and shipped, but has not yet received a tracking number. Changes to your order cannot be made once your order is In Progress.
6. I WANT TO PURCHASE AN ITEM THAT I SEE ONLINE, BUT YOU DON'T HAVE MY SIZE. WILL IT BE BACK IN STOCK?
So-Fem is a specialty boutique offering limited quantities of our apparel and accessories. Not all items that sell out will be re-stocked. Should you have questions about any sold out item, please use the "Notify me when back in stock" feature located on the product page.
7.. CAN I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD ONLINE?
Yes. Gift Cards are available for purchase online, by phone or via email. Please forward all inquiries to email@example.com
8. HOW DO I REDEEM MY GIFT CARD?
Gift Cards may be redeemed online and at any pop-up shop location. To redeem online have your Gift Card out as you will need to input the card # and pin during the Payment page at Checkout. .
9. WHEN WILL MY CREDIT CARD OR PAYPAL ACCOUNT BE CHARGED?
Your credit card or PayPal account will be authorized for the entire amount of the order at the time of purchase. The card or PayPal account will then be charged 24-48 hours after your order is submitted. We will send you an email confirmation of your order once you have completed the order.
10. WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE PROCESSED?
All orders placed before 12pm EST ship out the next business day, pending any unexpected delays.
11. HOW DO I USE A COUPON OR DISCOUNT CODE?
You will have the opportunity to enter in your discount code during Step One of the Checkout process.
12. WHAT IS SO-FEM REWARDS?
So-Fem Rewards is our rewards program that give you points for discounts toward your purchases! Earn points for signing up for SFR, referring us to your friends/family, sharing your birthday, and shopping of course! Sign up today!
13. HOW DO I BECOME A MEMBER OF SFR REWARDS?
When accessing the website, you will see a shopping bag that reads "Rewards". Click the bag and enroll!
14. DO YOU SHIP TO APO/FPO MILITARY ADDRESSES, P.O. BOXES, OR INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES?
We do ship to military addresses and P.O. Boxes. At this time, we do not ship internationally.

* Standard delivery is available for all U.S. addresses. APO/FPO military address deliveries arrive within 6-9 business days via USPS.
** Express delivery is not available for U.S. territories, Alaska, and Hawaii.
*** Two Day and Next Day deliveries are not available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO military addresses, and other certain areas our parcel carriers cannot reach.
Please note: "Business day" refers to Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Next Day requested on Fridays is not available for Saturday arrival.
Taxes are based on the order's "Ship To" address.
16. DO I HAVE TO SIGN IN?
We do not require you to be registered or sign in to make a purchase on our web site. We do strongly recommend creating an account online for all the great benefits, but we welcome guest shopping. Visit the "My Account" link at the top of any page to sign in.
17. What is the Return Policy?
Purchased items can be returned or exchanged due to damage or defect only. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Clothing must be free of perfumes, deodorants, and makeup. Tags must be attached.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org a for additional guidance.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
